Service Description

Removal and disposal of Textured Coating ('Artex') from walls and/or ceilings at the above location. The substrate materials (such as plasterboard, plaster, lath) may be removed/damaged, only as required to ensure the entire removal of textured coating. The works will be undertaken under controlled conditions with internal, thorough visual inspection on completion and EM10 confirmation certificate (Independent air monitoring optional extra). No access equipment is allowed for - max material height 2.5m. Our quotation includes for Environment Agency licensed carriage and disposal of any associated waste along with the provision of a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note.
